  1. Why and how do we process your personal data?

1.1. Purpose and legal basis

The personal data we collect is used exclusively for recruitment purposes, in order to carry out both current and future recruitment processes. This may also include collecting information from your references, provided we have your explicit consent.

In addition to the data we actively collect, we also process information you may submit on your own initiative through our career-page. The purpose of this is to consider your profile for relevant current or future opportunities and to contact you if further dialogue is appropriate.

Your personal data is processed and stored on the basis of your consent, given when you submit your CV and accept our privacy policy.

In some cases, we may also collect contact details for the purpose of sending evaluation surveys as part of our Leadership Advisory and Board Services.

1.2. What personal data do we collect and process?

We only collect information relevant to the recruitment process, including:

  • Name, address, phone number, email address, CV, and any information you voluntarily provide in connection with your application (e.g. salary information, diplomas, references, certifications).
  • Publicly available information on professional social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, if relevant to the recruitment process.
  • Results from personality or skills assessments.
  • References, provided with your explicit consent.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, sexual orientation, or national identification numbers, as these are not relevant for recruitment.

For evaluation surveys, only name and email addresses will be collected.

1.3. Who receives your personal data?

If, during a recruitment process, you are invited to meet with our client, we will request your consent before sharing your personal data with that client (a third party).

We also store personal data with trusted partners under formal data processing agreements. These partners process data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable confidentiality and security measures.

Data Processors include:

  • Team Tailor – Our recruitment software and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Metis Danmark – Administration and storage of assessment results.
  • SurveyMonkey – Collection and storage of board evaluation surveys.
  • Microsoft – Our general platform provider. We use Outlook for email and SharePoint for document sharing and storage.

1.4. How long do we store your personal data?

We retain your personal data for 6 months after receipt. Before this period expires, we will contact you to request renewal of your consent. If we do not receive renewed consent, all of your data and documents will be permanently deleted.
